Hazardous Ground Gas - an Essential Guide for Housebuilders (NF94) was published by NHBC Foundation in 2023 and supersedes NHBCs former guidance (Traffic Lights) which is to be withdrawn on 2025.
This session will set out the need for the new guidance including current issues and NHBC's requirements for ground gas risk assessment and gas protection design, installation and verification.
