AMP8 is set to be very challenging as it will bring increased scrutiny to sewage spills from all points of the network.

In this session Phil Pettit form SUEZ recycling and recovery UK and Andrew Warren from Severn Trent Water will discuss how Ice Pigging can improve performance of rising mains to reduce spills from pumping stations. They will discuss the learnings from Severn Trent Water’s application of the Ice Pigging process to date, and how the company is implementing this knowledge into AMP8.
