QA/QC

Our quality assurance / quality control teams support our clients with quality management. We work on behalf of and represent our clients from a QA/QC point of view.

Quality Assurance

On projects where our clients have engaged with a contractor to deliver a project, for example an engineering procurement construction (EPC) project. GVG review Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and attend inspections to ensure that all project manufacturing & installation phases are inspected and comply with project engineering drawings & specifications, as per project contract requirements. Inspection reports are generated and fed back to clients to ensure they have accurate project status and are aware of any anomalies etc.

GVG ensure all project & engineering specifications & standards are adhered to, we engage with the client's contractors to actively pursue, monitor and review project documentation to ensure it is continually updated & maintained so our clients always have solid records and traceability throughout the project lifecycle, and crucially have the project documentation available, reviewed and complete as timely as possible for commissioning / start up / project handover.

Quality Control

GVG supports our clients with project quality control, by offering a boots on the ground solution, monitoring our client's contractors.

Our mechanical, electrical, NDT and EC&I inspectors monitor projects ensuring that all project manufacturing & installation phases are inspected and comply with project engineering drawings & specifications, as per contract requirements, this gives our clients confidence that the project works delivered by the contractor is being installed correctly.

One of the major advantages is reducing the amount of potential punch list / snagging list items at the end of the project, the ongoing inspections ensure that many of these punch list / snagging list items are completed as the project installation progresses, avoiding delays to commissioning / start up / project handover.
