Green’s design and manufacture Boiler Pressure Parts and Heat Exchangers. We were established in 1821 and invented the world’s first economiser in 1845. Our Factory is in Wakefield, as it has been for over 200 years.

Our equipment is installed throughout the UK and worldwide, including many Energy From Waste and Biomass plants.

Our strengths lie in our decades of design experience. We ensure we deliver the best possible product for our clients in terms of performance and quality.

In May 2024 we were acquired by Ropsley Group.  The combination of Green’s and the Ropsley businesses, namely PJD Mechanical Engineering Ltd, Piper Services Limited, ACTTnow and HEGS PHE creates an enlarged business that can provide end to end services for steam boiler and pressure part design, engineering, manufacture, repair, install, servicing, and maintenance to a variety of sectors.
