Regular ESS/EFD exhibitors CPL/Puragen Activated Carbons are really proud and excited to have been selected as a Finalist in the prestigious Awards for Excellence in Recycling and Waste Management, organised by letsrecycle.com.

Their entry, entitled “PFAS Forever Chemicals – Search, Capture & Destroy” is one of seven finalists in the ‘Innovation of the Year’ category.  Their development of specialised activated carbon grades specifically targeting this family of harmful and persistent organic pollutants, together with their optimised REACT-Sys™ thermal reactivation process that completely destroys the PFAS molecules adsorbed onto the spent activated carbon, seems to have really impressed the expert judging panel.

Their key message is that these ‘forever chemicals’ are no longer ‘forever’ with CPL/Puragen technology!

Everyone is looking forward to the Awards Luncheon, in London on 16th May, where it will be possible to meet and network with the other finalists.
