Bruce Woodall has been in business for over 50 years and has a breadth of knowledge and experience across many sectors of the downstream sector including liquid fuels, biofuels and ICE emissions and air pollution.

Bruce also founded the Fuel Experts Association (FEA) in 2015 and was the driving force in persuading the HSE to give an exemption up to 150,000 litres of EN590 and BS 2869 storage when the EU decided to increase the flashpoint temperature of flammable liquids to 60 degrees C which would have meant the UK spending approximately £11 Billion to simply bring the existing installations up to HSG 176 standards when there was little evidence of any lives being lost through accidents when filling bulk tanks or vehicles .

Bruce has also served on many industry bodies such as BSI, OFTEC, UKIFDA and others.
