Environmental Geochemist with over 35 years of experience in the contaminated land sector working in the government, academia and consulting sectors, undertaking investigation, risk assessment and remediation. Began working on PFOS and PFOA during the Buncefield fire to ensure investigation quality control procedures in place and an appropriate analytical method was available for use in the UK. More recently undertook survey of drinking and river waters for PFAS and have been working on development of methods to treat PFAS contaminated soils and waters.
