Debbie is a highly experienced waste and resources consultant. Formerly Director of Operations at Eunomia Research and Consulting, she moved to public-sector owned consultancy, Local Partnerships, a year ago, where she’s Strategy Director for Climate. As a leading circular economy expert, her work centres on how to make the transition from a recycling-led sector to one where reuse and repair lead the way, both in terms of the infrastructure needed to support at-scale systems, and the way consumers successfully interact with those systems.
