Francesca is the Head of Corporate Engagement at B4NZ, where she leads the organization’s Brand, Marketing, and Communications strategies, as well as Member Engagement and Events. Since joining B4NZ in 2022, Francesca has played a pivotal role in expanding the organisation’s membership base and fostering a diverse ecosystem that includes financial institutions and corporate partners committed to sustainable practices.
With a first-class honours degree in Physical Geography, Francesca brings a deep understanding of climate change, natural disasters, and urban resilience to her work. Her expertise in these areas has been instrumental in shaping B4NZ's communications strategy and positioning the organisation as a leader in the sustainability sector.
Francesca has spearheaded B4NZ's participation in major national and international climate events, including COP29, the World Economic Forum, London Climate Action Week, and New York Climate Week. Through her leadership, B4NZ has enhanced its global presence and strengthened its impact on climate action and corporate engagement. Francesca is passionate about driving meaningful change in the environmental sector and empowering diverse voices in sustainability.
