Jade, a qualified HR practitioner, is responsible for operational HR and shared services functions and contributes to the overarching mechanics of the people related policies and practices within Smart Solutions.
Joining the team in 2016, she brings a over a decade of experience in the recruitment and staffing industry and a targeted approach to the waste, recycling and utilities sectors. She plays a critical role in the collaborative nature of our client partnerships to ensure that people are the focus of Smart's operating practices. She takes a keen interest in ESG strategies, leading on sustainability, social value and modern slavery.
Jade enjoys mentoring up-and-coming HR professionals where she shares her knowledge and passion for the specialism. She has excelled in her career and proactively seeks to develop and evolve working practices.
