Jenny Watts is a solicitor and Director of Watts Legal, a law firm specialising in environmental law, and is also the CEO of UROC which is a trade association representing independent waste and resource operators across the UK. UROC is representing industry as a panel member on the Environment Agency’s Task & Finish Group undertaking a review of the WRAP Quality Protocol for aggregates and informing the transition into a new Resource Framework.
