Dr Julia Baker is Technical Director of Nature Services at Mott MacDonald. Julia is the lead author of the UK's Good Practice Principles for Biodiversity Net Gain (BNG) and runs professional training courses on BNG. Julia has also designed and delivered BNG on numerous infrastructure projects and leads Nature Positive at Motts. Julia was named on the ENDS Power list in 2022 and 2023, and was CIEEM's Member of the Year in 2023.
