Lisa has over 25 years experience in HR, employment law and spent over 20 years in leadership and Director roles in UK and global firms. Since setting up her own company in 2020 she has worked with notable global organisations including Mercedes-Benz, the United Nations, Hedin Mobility Group and Airbus.

Lisa is a regular columnist in industry magazines, contributor to podcasts and has appeared on TV and radio discussions on the UK labour market, HR topics and employment law. Lisa is also qualified in neuro-linguistic programming, coaching and international mediation. Outside work she has a fully restored VW campervan, motorcycle, road and mountain bikes which she uses to explore the UK and Europe. She is terrible at tennis, but nonetheless plays every week.
