Madeline is a Chartered supply chain management professional with over 20 Years of experience in facilities, property management and procurement. Her experience spans public and private sector organisations, as both client and service partner.​

As a passionate ESG and procurement specialist, she has been at the forefront of the industry in sustainable procurement, which includes being founder and chair of BSA modern slavery council. ​

​

Madeline spearheads tackling of Modern Slavery frameworks within Sodexo and is leading the industry in demonstrating how organisations can collaborate to eradicate modern slavery. Madeline will launch the Ireland Modern Slavery Council in 2024 and is currently building the Business Against Modern Slavery initiative which will see the largest cross market collaboration to work on Modern Slavery in the UK, with the support of Dame Sara Thornton, ex Independent Anti - Slavery Commissioner, and the current Independent Anti - Slavery Commissioner, Eleanor Lyons.​

Prior to joining Sodexo Madeline created and implemented the first Nationally Contracted Products tender strategy at NHS Supply Chain and has a true understanding of the obligations of public procurement.​
