I am director for Inclusion and Climate Justice at Students Organising for Sustainability and director/founder at Nature Youth Connection and Education. My work sits at the intersection of Education, Environmental issues, and Inclusion. Through SOS we run the RACE Report which looks to increase transparency on diversity in the environmental sector. At NYCE we work with young people from marginalised backgrounds giving them opportunities in the natural environment as well as mentoring them into employment in the environmental sector. Outside of this I work as an independent consultant focusing on strategic inclusion and institutional cultural change.
