Marc boasts an impressive 30-year track record in leadership and the successful delivery of capital projects, transformation and change programs across both private and public sectors. His expertise extends to Board-level roles in organizations spanning a wide spectrum—from £100 million enterprises to multibillion-pound giants. As Senior Infrastructure Programme Lead, Marc leads the progression, submission and approval on behalf of London Luton Airport to support the expansion plans to grow the airport to 32 million passengers per annum and was instrumental in managing the response efforts in the wake of the fire at terminal 2 car park and the subsequent recovery activities, including the rebuild of the car park.
