A visionary and pacesetter, Mark is the founder of DRYCAKE, an engineered products and services company focused on process equipment and design for waste reuse recovery. Mark has over 25 years of experience in separation process solutions ranging from Septage, Food Waste, Grit Removal, and Dewatering in both municipal and industrial sectors.

As a process engineer in separation technology, Mark possesses both design and hands-on experience with all types of plants all over the world including India, Korea, Japan, Europe, and North America.

Mark’s company launched the Twister and introduced it worldwide, garnering a dynamic presence as a distributor in 35 countries. DryCake also patented several technologies relating to the treatment of food waste.

His expertise centers on Research and Development and Separation Processes by filtration, sedimentation, centrifugation, and aeration.

He founded Drycake in 1995 and served as its CEO until 2015. By 2016, he served as the firm’s Chairman and continues to lead the organization until today.
