Matt Timmins is a Project Director for Harworth Group based in the Midlands with extensive experience in redevelopment of brownfield and greenfield land. Harworth Group is one of the leading land and property regeneration companies in the UK, owning and managing approximately 14,000 acres across around 100 sites in the North of England and the Midlands.

Having spent time in both contracting and consultancy, Matt has a background in the geoenvironmental sector and has managed the delivery of some of the biggest remediation projects in the UK for St. Modwen and subsequently Harworth Group. The portfolios of billion pound regeneration projects that Matt has lead have sustainable development at the heart of their vision with demolition, contaminated land remediation and ecological habitat creation being everyday challenges.
