Natasha Epstein
Natasha is passionate about helping the community and saving the world, with most of her career in waste management in local government for various London authorities. She joined London Borough of Richmond and Wandsworth in March 2023 following a three-year period managing frontline services for Serco and Hammersmith and Fulham. She has extensive experience of leading, managing, and mobilising waste and recycling services and reuse projects. Natasha was the previous chair of Association of London Cleansing Officers (ALCO) and Waste Network Chairs (WNC). Highways, Parking and Emergency Planning are also current/past areas of responsibility.
