Rob McCann is Head of Environment, Climate and Nature for Virgin Media O2 and is responsible for leading the environmental strategy for the business including climate mitigation and adaptation, circular economy and enabling greener choices for customers. Rob was also recently elected to join Tech UK’s Climate Council.

Rob has worked in sustainability at Virgin Media since 2014, with previous responsibility for a wide range of corporate responsibility and sustainability issues from environmental management to supply chain sustainability and accessibility.

Rob has a BSc in Psychology from the University of Sheffield and MSc in Environmental Science from Brunel University, and is a Chartered Environmentalist and Full Member of the Institute for Environmental Management and Assessment.

Rob has formerly held roles in corporate responsibility and sustainability with IHG Hotels and Resorts and Royal Mail Group.
