Sam is the Head of Water and Resilience Solutions at Business Modelling Applications. Sam's key areas of expertise are within planning and optimisation solution design, solution implementation, business planning in a regulated utility sector (UK) and integrated operational and strategic investment planning. He has developed several investment and operational optimisation solutions for UK Water Industry clients such as developing a bespoke model-driven solution used in conjunction with routing and scheduling applications to deliver optimised routes for the challenges faced in the water and bioresources sphere and modelling considering regulatory requirements whilst also basing recommendations on effects to both OPEX and CAPEX. He has also worked on modelling multiple scenarios to determine what impact different levels of performance would have upon the organisation's financial and operational performance.
