Sian Davies is a farmer and leads an on farm, practical insect bioconversion to reduce volumes of poultry on Wern Heulog Farm in Wales. This exemplar project seeks to address the twin challenges of sustainable food production and environmental protection, and working in partnership with Fera Science is creating a resilient and environmentally sustainable agricultural system that align with the UK’s green objectives.
