Teik Tan has taken a leading role in driving collaboration as a means of unlocking and releasing value around sustainability, social impact and inclusion through several high profile industry events including UKCW at the NEC, the London Build Expo, and via the EDIE annual conferences as a chair, topic curator and as a panellist, where his the core focus of his work has been fast – forwarding to a Net Zero sector with a set of practical recommendations. His special interest areas include embedding SMART outcomes through the Procurement Process, Decarbonising Contracts, and Carbon Literacy competency development across Procurement & Commercial functions.
