Tim joined Bartec in 1995 as a software developer and has managed the software business since 1997, initially as Managing Director of Bartec Systems Limited and then as Director of Bartec Auto ID since 2007.

Tim has a software design and development background and leads on new product concepts and research, working closely with potential customers and partners to bring innovative software to market quickly. With over 20 years of senior management experience he has a wide skill-set including management, business planning, marketing and sales.

With a reputation as an innovator, Tim has long-standing relationships with customers and leading figures in the municipal waste industry. He brings a positive, problem-solving attitude to team and places good customer service at the very heart of the business.
