Vincent Hipault is the CEO and co-founder of Ficha, a startup specializing in waste management optimization through artificial intelligence. Since 2020, Vincent has been leading Ficha with the mission of improving sorting performance. Under his leadership, Ficha has developed cutting-edge technological solutions, such as Cocoon and Camia, which allow real-time assessment of sorting quality, whether at the level of sorting bins in collective housing or directly in collection trucks. Today, Vincent and his team of 25 persons are working to expand these innovations across Europe, with the goal of transforming waste management into a more transparent and efficient process.
